I made this the day the love of my life (Jason, doy!) got his ol' Oregon state tattoo license. I was proud of my man and he loves bacon almost as more than me, lol. So I wanted to do something special for him. It didn't take that long, and you'll probably have everything in your pantry to make this right now!
Chocolate Bacon Bark
1 C cooked, crumbled good quality bacon
1 C semisweet chocolate chips, melted
2 TB finely chopped nuts - I used pecans, it was delicious.
Melt the chocolate, fold in the bacon.

Pour into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the nuts onto the chocolate.

Freeze for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.Break into pieces, store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
