Spring is here & a peak at Pyrex!

I'm not going to sit here and sugar coat this, I'm going to be really honest - I have never been a fan of spring (gasp!) I enjoy the cold weather, bundling up in layers, the changing leaves, and all the colors that fall and winter has to offer. This is my first spring in the wonderful state of Pennsylvania, and I believe that it has changed me and that I am kind of falling for spring? How could this happen? What will fall and winter think? Am I destined to be alone forever? Totally forgive me, I kind of ran with that one there, but how could I not?! Now the reason I'm falling in love with spring, Beautiful, gorgeous, wonderful FLOWERS all over my backyard!

Aren't they lovely?! I have never been able to walk in my backyard and pick flowers and have them all over my house. This may sound silly, but I can't help but get excited about that. Along with those two, there are a few other different ones. My yard smells amazing also. So, now can you see why I'm digging spring so far? I'm also ready for yard sales o'plenty, flea markets, and iced coffee galore, more iced coffee now anyways ;) At said yard sales and flea markets, I hope to find some more pieces to add to my vintage Pyrex collection. I have been collecting Pyrex for about 4 years now and have carried it with me wherever I moved to. This past June we moved back to Pa, and sadly I had to get rid of most of my collection. I kept my favorite pieces and the rest went to a good home (i hope that was the case anyways, I will keep telling myself that).

After I wiped away my tears, I realized that I would be able to get more some day, and holy crap was I right? I hit the jackpot of Pyrex over here in ol' PA. I have more Pyrex now than I've ever had. Here's a little glimpse at some, I hope to take photos of the entire collection and pieces, and post as soon as I can.
