Keeping Busy: Gluten Free Vanilla Cupcakes

I was asked to do a dozen cupcakes for a lovely ladies wedding.  She and her mother needed gluten free options, and I am so glad I was able to provide these for her and be a part of her special day :)

I made a few extra to take to work for the guys, what can I say? I'm a sweetheart.
